Find and replace text in a meeting's summary or transcript.
Search & Replace
Use Search & Replace from a meeting workspace to find text in the active content view. Matches are highlighted as you type, and you can move between them before replacing text.
Find and navigate matches
Open a meeting, then select AI Summary or Transcript.
Select Search & Replace in the meeting toolbar.
Enter a term in the Search field. Meetily highlights matches and shows your current position, such as 2/7.
Use the previous and next controls to review every match in context.

Timestamps are not searched.
Speaker labels
Transcript search includes displayed speaker labels, but Replace All changes spoken transcript text only. Use Speakers to rename or correct a speaker label; Speaker Diarization is currently in Beta.
Replace all matches
Search and Replace is case-insensitive. Punctuation and characters normally used in regular expressions are treated literally.
Replace All is immediate
Replace All updates matching text immediately. Transcript changes persist immediately; AI Summary follows its normal short autosave delay. There is no automatic undo, so review the highlighted matches before continuing.
Enter the text to find and review its highlighted matches.
Enter the replacement text in the Replace field.
Select Replace All to update every matching text occurrence in the active view.
Close Search & Replace
Select the close control or press Escape to close the panel and remove the match highlights.
